This is the Original Benson Phantom. A true ultra-light, it will fly
in winds of 2-12mph. It's been around for some time (7 years?) but is still
a superb kite to fly. It tracks beautifully and has excellent forward drive,
even in the lightest of winds. It has been superseded by Tim Benson's Phantom
Elite an updated Phantom that has a more radical trick side to it.
I still get the Original Phantom out when nostalgia gets the better of
me and I simply want a totally mellow fly. One of the all time classic
kites, and one which spawned a whole host of clones and follow-up designs.
