A Brief History...
Leong Chee Wan had been seriously kiting since 1993 when he was first exposed to stunt kites by a colleague. He has gone from strength to strength from flying and understanding kite dynamics, materials and kite building. He flies virtually all types of kites and have a very keen eye for good, well designed kites. He has been consulted upon numerous times by many people all over Malaysia and even internationally for advice on kites. He also owns a huge collection of kites from all over the world and has made many kite friends over time. This unselfish, friendly character has shared , in many occasions, taught many, many people how to fly and make kites from the cheapest, smallest to the biggest most expensive kites.	As an Art Director he has a natural flair for designing especially kites. He also shares a lot of information on how to build and design kites to anyone who is willing to try. For the past few years Ceewan had been concentrating exclusively on Nasawings. He started building them even before they were available commercially and dozens of people have benefitted from his interest. He currently owns a 100sqft Nasawing (probably largest in Malaysia) which he exclusively buggys with. He is THE MAN when it comes to the topic of NPWs and has proven to many kite critics that NPWs are one of the best buggy kites with very good upwind performance.
