I'm very new to this aspect of kites, I'm getting my $%#& together at the moment to create a NASA ParaWing, the picture below is some indication of what it is supposed to look like. I'll update this page as the project develops and let you know how I'm getting on.

Having taken good advice from Peter de Jong, I'll leave such things as the bird face detail till I'm a tad more competent with a sewing machine
   
Peter de Jong's Art & Flywork Site is a really (Very really!) useful site if your thinking of building a kite. It has detailed advice on what equipment you will need, the basics of construction and some great plans which are very clearly laid out (even I could follow most of them)
